Our concrete elements meet the strength standard complying with the European standard ČSN EN 206-1, Grade C 35/45. The concrete mixture is produced by standard processes – cement, coarse and fine aggregate, water and chemical additives mixing. The well-welded steel reinforcement is the part of all individual elements. It increases the strength of our products. Concrete maturing brings a natural color tone of our products – the moisture contained in individual elements carries calcium hydroxide Ca(OH)2 produced by hydration of calcium oxide CaO (contained in the cement) to the surface. For the reasons mentioned above, it is not possible to consider the color differences as a matter of possible complaint worldwide. The specific weight of concrete is approximately 2 100 kg/m³.
Our products are casted in silicone moulds of our own production. After the product is removed from the mold, its surface is smooth and architectural. Upon request – to our preferred smooth surface – we can produce a rough surface that gives the impression of artificial stone by using the technology for the production of scrubbed concrete.
