Praha Motol – Charles University 2.LF

The Faculty of Medicine has been part of Charles University since its foundation in 1348. From the original single faculty, three faculties were established in Prague in 1953, among them the Faculty of Pediatrics. Since 1990, it has been called the 2nd Faculty of Medicine, located on the premises of the Faculty Hospital in Motola. It took fourteen years to build the entire new complex on Plzeňská. In the new building, students and teachers have a super-modern pleasant environment and facilities at their disposal, including spacious lecture halls and classrooms or the future cafeteria and student club. Part of the construction was also the revitalization of the surrounding area, to which we contributed with our elements of timeless concrete furniture.
