Praha – Riverpark Modřany

In Prague´s quarter Modřany, a new Riverpark apartment complex is being built on the site of the former brownfield. The project consists of seven apartment buildings, the base of which has three floors, including underground parking. Nine to twelve-story towers are being built on them. The space between the houses is designed as a public square with occasional greenery and urban furniture.
